We are going to make a graphic using a brush
like the one below :o)

You will need PSP 7 & Eye Candy's Shadowlab.
The Texture Filter and the brush that I used
are in this zip file.

When you unzip this file, there are 2 files. You will need
to make a folder in PSP in the Plug-in Folder called
Texturizer. Move Texturizer.8bf to that folder. Move the other
file, dhBrushes3.Jbr, to your Brushes Folder in PSP.

Note: Most of the following images are reduced in size
to hopefully help in the download of this page

Let's Begin :o)

STEP 1
Open a new image, size 300x300, transparent

STEP 2
Flood fill with white...#FFFFFF

STEP 3
Go to EFFECTS,,,down to Plug-in Filters,,,
Look for the Texture filter
and slide on over to Texturizer and click.
Put these settings in:

STEP 4
Add a new layer by clicking on the 2 pieces
of paper in your layer palette...name the new layer Rose

STEP 5
Now make your foreground color #D79731
or the color of your choice :o)

STEP 6
Now lets get our brush.

Click on Paint Brush

Then on your Tool Options window, click on the little brush

Then click Custom

This is the window that will open up...
click on the little arrow to open your brush options.

Click on the Rose that we are going to use. Mine is #17
but yours may be a different number, no biggie :o)

This will put it in the little window, then click ok.
Now it is on your Tool Option palette :o)

STEP 7
Now move your cursor to your background image,
it will be a black outline, center it and left click once.

STEP 8
Now go up to Selections...Select all,
then again Selections, then Float...now you have
those little ants around your Rose.

STEP 9
Now got to Effects, 3D Effects, Cutout,
and apply these settings

Selections, Select none. Now you should have this:

STEP 10
Now for the drop shadow. Effects, Plug-in Filters,
Eye candy, Shadowlab and apply these settings.

Then Layers...Merge All. You are done!!

Here are a few other examples using brushes
with different effects applied. Just play and see
what you come up with :o)
